Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of $35 or more. Our two shipping offers are 1/ Flat Rate at $4.50 and 2/ Priority Mail at current USPS rates.

If your order has already been shipped then we’ll provide a shipping label for you to return or exchange your product.

If your pet doesn’t love our product, we’ll make it right and provide a full refund.

Shipping is free on your first subscription order. Our subscription option lets you receive your dog’s favorite treats on a recurring schedule of either 4, 6, 8 or 10 weeks. You can choose the delivery frequency that works best for you and update it anytime through your account. Subscribers also receive 4× the points when you participate in our loyalty program, The Run. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Bristol Bay Bites are made with wild Bristol Bay sockeye salmon, not anonymous mixed-species salmon. We focus on clean ingredients, traceable sourcing, and minimally processed nutrition. Sockeye salmon is naturally rich in Omega-3s and is one of the leanest premium salmon species. It is often not used in pet treats because of the price it commands. We are committed to offering the best salmon treat possible, which is why we chose to use the same species we catch in Bristol Bay, Alaska.

We currently offer Belly Bites for a high reward treat, Sockeye Snaps for training, and a Salmon & Seaweed Topper to enhance your dog’s mealtime.

Our Sockeye Snaps & Belly Bites are made from a single ingredient: Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon. Our Salmon & Seaweed Topper is made with sockeye salmon, Oregon-grown dulse seaweed, and a minimal amount of rosemary extract, which helps preserve freshness.

Many salmon treats can have a strong fishy or rancid smell. Our products are made from high quality, premium sockeye salmon, a leaner and cleaner protein source than most salmon used in pet treats. As a result, our products are a fresher, cleaner-smelling treat.

Our salmon is sourced from Bristol Bay, Alaska, and our products are made with trusted manufacturing partners in Portland, Oregon.

Our treats are freeze-dried because it helps preserve the flavor and nutrients of our salmon. Unlike baked or heavily heat-processed treats, freeze-drying uses cold temperatures to retain more natural omega-3s, vitamins, minerals, and highly digestible protein — preserving up to 90–98% of original nutrients. That means your dog receives more of the benefits of raw salmon, with the convenience of a shelf-stable treat. Minimal processing. Maximum nutrition.

While our freeze-dried treats are made from high-quality, human-grade ingredients, they are intended and labeled for pet consumption only. Because they are produced and marketed as pet food, we can't recommend them for human consumption.

Absolutely! Sockeye Snaps are low calorie (under 2 kcal) and were specifically developed to work well as a high value training treat. They hold together in your hand or pocket but are still easy to crack in half.

Definitely! All of our treats can be used to enhance your dog’s bowl, but our Salmon + Seaweed Topper was specifically crafted to sprinkle easily over everyday meals for an added boost of flavor and whole-food nutrition.

Most dogs do great with salmon-based treats, but every dog is different. If your dog has a specific allergy, health issue, or special diet, check with your veterinarian first.

We worked hard on solving this problem. Through repeated trials, our Sockeye Snaps were developed to hold together well while still being easy to break when needed.

We believe all of this matters. Our salmon is wild Bristol Bay sockeye sourced from an MSC-certified fishery, one of the world’s most recognized standards for sustainable seafood. That means the fish can be traced back to a well-managed, responsibly harvested fishery — not a vague “salmon” ingredient with an unknown story.
