Meet Nick

I was three years old the first time my family packed up for Bristol Bay.

Every summer, the moment school got out, we headed north to follow the sockeye salmon run. My dad owned a small salmon processing business in Bristol Bay, Alaska, and those summers shaped my life.

Thirty-seven years later, I haven't missed a single season.

I bought my first commercial fishing boat at 22 and never looked back.

Long days, rough weather, and years on the water taught me respect for the fish, the resource, and the responsibility that comes with working one of the world's most sustainable wild salmon fisheries.

Bristol Bay Bites is made from the same wild Bristol Bay sockeye I've harvested for decades. The same salmon my family has trusted and eaten. Nothing added. Nothing artificial. Just real wild fish.
